I came out of the womb wanting to do things.
I wrote my first book in second grade and the day after graduating high school, I hopped on a one-way flight from my small island home to the US. In between, I was busyyy—plays, poetry, art, pageants, sports, volunteer – you name it. Some things I nailed, others not so much, but my hunger to make things, connect with others, and challenge 'impossible' never wavered.
It's what's fueled me through a 20-year career as a multidisciplinary creative executive, cultural strategist and community-builder. I've led transformative projects for top brands at Meta and Publicis – highlights include launching Citi Bike, pioneering a VR campaign with St. Jude, and establishing Meta's inclusive creative practice.
From intern to executive, copywriter to creative director, I've never met a boundary I didn't want to push. I've learned that anything is figure-out-able if you have curiosity, compassion, moxie and touch of magic.
Today, everything I do is still driven by the desire to make meaningful things and connections. As I look ahead, I'm excited to bring new energy and ideas to organizations that share my values of creativity, collaboration, and cultural impact. Ready to make some magic together? Let's talk.
I like to make things
I’ve walked the halls of small ad agencies and global tech giants, brainstorming on everything from toilet paper to tablets, banking to botox.I excel at translating complex concepts into compelling, culturally resonant stories and strategies that captivate audiences and drive measurable success.
Some highlights of my journey include:
Building and leading Meta's Health Creative vertical, driving creative innovation and helping unlock $1B in sales in 5 years.
Pioneering the inaugural global inclusive creative and cultural fluency practice for Meta's Creative Shop, proving that culturally intelligent teams and ideas deliver greater business impact (2X higher ad recall and 1.5X boost in purchase intent).
Launching Citi Bike in NYC, contributing to significant increases in brand health, intent, and new customers.
Speaking and leading workshops at industry events like Cannes Lions, One Club, AIGA, and ADCOLOR Conference & Awards.
I talk a lot
I bring a big personality, a big voice, and an even bigger drive to make people feel seen and supported. Whether we’re discussing creative culture, motherhood, or social media, you can expect engaging, educational, and vulnerable conversations that spark inspiration and action.
I've had the privilege of sharing my insights and experiences at some of the industry's most prestigious events and platforms – AIGA, Cannes, One Club. I tackle professional and personal topics with warmth, transparency, and a contagious enthusiasm that inspires action.

Whether it’s with C-suite execs, ERGs, or students, I bring the truth to every table I sit at and leave people feeling inspired to act. I’m available virtually or
in person for keynotes, panels, workshops, guest teaching, podcasts, and facilitation.
Some of the places I’ve spoken:
I help good teams make better work.
Across two decades of experience managing, establishing and expanding creative teams, I've learned one crucial lesson:
People & Ideas Grow Where They Are Watered.
This philosophy inspired my creative consultancy, Next Level Up, where I’m focused on building high-performing teams and ideas that drive meaningful connections. I collaborate with brand, marketing and creative teams to craft culturally intelligent strategies, content, and experiences that connect with audiences—from target markets to teammates.
Whether it’s crafting impactful campaigns, developing high-performing teams, mentoring juniors, or providing strategic consulting, my goal is to develop sustainable solutions that move people—and your bottom line.
If you’re looking to cultivate better teams, better teamwork and better work, I’m ready, willing and able.
