I came out of the womb wanting to do things.

I wrote my first book in second grade and left my small island home the day after I graduated high school. In those ten years between writing that book about butterflies and booking that one-way flight to the US, I wrote plays and poetry, won art contests and pageants, and led both sports teams and volunteer groups. Some things I was better at than others, but my curiosity, purposeful ambition and the idea that impossible didn’t apply to me continuously fueled my exploration. Which led me to Atlanta, then New York, where I established my career as a multi-disciplinary creative leader, cultural intelligence expert and change agent.

Over the past twenty years, I've driven tangible transformation across countless organizations such as Meta and Publicis, not just coming up with concepts and exploring new platforms and technologies, but also behind the scenes – developing internal community and pioneering new approaches to everything from brainstorming to bonusing.

Beyond the work, I’m a published poet, speaker, SVU fanatic, and back up dancer for my two sons.

Highlights

My professional experience covers everything from toilet paper to tablets, from banking to botox. I’ve walked the halls of global ad agencies and of family-owned retailers and one thing has been consistent - I excel at translating complex concepts into compelling content and strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and drive measurable success.

My approach is personal, provocative, and proven to push boundaries

  • Creative Courage: I believe we can solve any problem with creativity. I approach everything with a focus on connection, storytelling, and a top-secret mixture of moxie and magic.

  • Real Talk: I dive into complex subjects, translating them into relatable stories and actionable strategies. I lead with joy and integrity so you can always rely on me to tell you the truth and to smile.

  • Comfort & Confidence: A mentor and teacher at heart, I empower people to take practical steps toward innovation, no matter their level or starting point.

  • People-First: Every campaign, strategy, or process I've shaped carries a genuine intent to elevate the human experience.

  • Business-Focused: With two decades of experience spanning a dozen industries,  I’ve worked with small businesses and big brands, helping them build everything from banner ads to branded content to messenger bots. From leading teams to whole books of business, I understand the creative and business side of marketing, advertising and tech, and know how to turn ideas into plans that lead to action and results.
